Subscription Tiers
Q: What subscription tiers are available?
A: BlokMCP offers four tiers:
- Free: 500 requests/month - Testing and evaluation
- Starter: 10,000 requests/month - Small teams
- Pro: 50,000 requests/month - Growing businesses
- Enterprise: 500,000+ requests/month - Large organizations

Q: Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
A: Yes! Upgrade immediately, downgrade takes effect next billing cycle. No penalties for changing tiers.
Q: What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
A: Requests are blocked until next billing cycle or you upgrade. No overage charges. We send alerts at 50%, 75%, and 90% of quota.
Billing
Q: How am I billed?
A: Monthly subscription charged to your credit card. Usage tracked per calendar month.
Q: Can I get a refund?

Q: Do you offer annual billing?
A: Yes! Save 20% with annual billing. Contact sales for annual plans.
Q: Can I pay by invoice?

Usage
Q: What counts as a request?
A: Each API operation (get story, update story, upload asset, etc.) counts as one request. See Rate Limits for details.
Q: Do failed requests count against my quota?
A: No, only successful requests (200-299 status codes) count.
Q: Can I share my quota with team members?
A: Yes! All team members share the organization's quota. Track individual usage in the dashboard.
Enterprise
Q: What's included in Enterprise?
A: Custom request volumes, SLA guarantees, dedicated support, invoice billing, and custom integrations. Contact [email protected].
Q: Can I get a custom plan?
A: Yes! Enterprise tier includes custom configurations. We'll work with you to build the right plan.
Technical
Q: What happens to my data if I cancel?
A: Your Storyblok data remains in Storyblok. Your BlokMCP API keys are deactivated. Export any data from dashboard before canceling.
Q: Can I use multiple Storyblok spaces?
A: Yes! Connect multiple spaces to one BlokMCP account. Quota shared across all spaces.
Q: Is there a trial period?
A: Free tier available indefinitely for testing. Pro/Enterprise have 14-day free trial.
Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Yes! We offer discounts for:
- Annual billing (20% off)
- Non-profits (contact sales)
