Understanding Usage

What Counts as a Request?

Each tool call = 1 request:

• fetch_stories = 1 request
• get_story = 1 request
• update_story = 1 request
• publish_story = 1 request

Example Conversation Usage

User: "Publish all stories in the 'blog' folder"

Claude:
1. fetch_stories (filter by folder) = 1 request
2. publish_story (story 1) = 1 request
3. publish_story (story 2) = 1 request
...

Total: 1 + N requests (N = number of stories)

For 20 stories: 21 requests

Rate limits prevent service abuse and ensure fair usage:

If you hit the limit:

1. Wait 60 seconds for the window to reset
2. Slow down operations - add delays between batches

What Happens When You Hit Monthly Limit?

1. Requests are blocked for the rest of the month
2. Error message explains the limit

• Service stops at limit (won't charge extra)

Can I try Pro before committing?

Yes! Pro tier includes a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime during the trial for no charge.

What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?

Requests will be blocked until your next billing cycle. Upgrade your tier to immediately unlock more requests.

Do unused requests roll over?

No. Quotas reset at the start of each billing cycle.

Can I upgrade mid-month?

Yes! You'll get immediate access to new limits, with prorated billing for the remainder of the month.

How do I downgrade?

In the dashboard: Billing → Change Plan → Select tier → Confirm. Takes effect at next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit/debit cards, PayPal. Enterprise tier can also use wire transfer.

Do you offer discounts?
